At Jackson Street Bridge

This is a view from the Jackson Street Bridge looking west. The Newark Express Company on the left is the foot of Madison Street. The Gas Tank behind the smokestack is at the corner of Market, Congress & Prospect Street. If you look closely at the background through the fog/smog you can see the skyline for that year. The right side of the photo is Harrison. The bridge you see is the railroad bridge. The photo was taken before 1912.
